DirecciónSener is currently looking for Defence Integration and Test Product Designer Engineer to join our team at our Tres Cantos (Madrid) work center.

Multidisciplinary worker with a background in integrating products into client applications and conducting both internal and client-based testing.
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of electronics, software programming (C / C++, Python), and mechanics.
The role requires occasional travel and a flexible approach to working in diverse environments.
This position demands versatility, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to different project needs in a dynamic work environment.
What you will do :
- Product Integration : Implement and oversee the integration of products into client applications, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Client-Based Testing : Conduct and manage testing at client sites to validate product performance in real-world scenarios.
- Internal Testing Oversight : Lead internal testing procedures to preemptively address potential issues before client integration.
- Software Proficiency : Utilize programming skills in C / C++ and Python for software-related aspects of product Integration and Testing.
- Mechanical and Electronic Expertise : Apply knowledge of mechanics and electronics to troubleshoot and solve integration challenges.
- Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Travel Readiness : Be available for occasional travel to client sites or testing locations.
- Cross-Functional Communication : Effectively communicate with different teams to ensure product Integration and Testing align with overall project goals.
Continuous Learning and Adaptation : Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and adapt integration strategies accordingly.
What we expect from you :
- Engineering Degree
- PMP certification could be an asset
- More than 4 years of experience in the position, preferable 3 years of proven experience in project management.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
