As the Director of Marketing and Demand Generation, you will play a pivotal role in driving impactful and measurable Demand Generation programs, overseeing cross-selling playbooks, and promoting alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Demand Gen teams.
Success in this Role :
- Delivering impactful and measurable Demand Generation programs and campaigns, generating qualified leads and pipeline for revenue generation.
- Overseeing the development of cross-selling playbooks.
- Driving cross-selling sales enablement across a global sales channel.
- Providing leadership in Product Marketing for a multi-product portfolio.
- Promoting alignment between Sales, Marketing, and Demand Gen teams.
- Engaging in frequent international travel to effectively manage global marketing initiatives.
- Managing a strategy that incorporates both global and regional campaigns and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive results across the Marketing and Sales funnel using a test-and-learn approach.
- Optimize the global team organization structure for continuous improvement and value delivery.
- Develop New Logo, Existing Customer, and Partner Demand Generation Strategies.
- Provide oversight for a team of regional campaign managers, content creators, growth hackers, and community managers.
- Manage a -figure budget and P&L.
- Leverage Pardot / Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and other Martech tools for program execution and success tracking.
- Collaborate on annual planning for Marketing & Demand Gen team objectives, financials, budget, and headcount plan.
- Lead Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Sales Enablement functions for improved sales success and cross-sales.
Experience :
- years of marketing experience with a proven track record of significant ROI on BB marketing investments.
- years of leadership and management experience overseeing a team of at least staff.
- Proven experience in driving demand gen programs.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Website Optimization, Paid Search, Lead Attribution, and other marketing automation and sales technology tools.
- Experience in executing marketing and demand gen strategies for the software applications industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assemble and interpret data, create executive summaries, and deliver actionable business insights.
- years of experience in the Telecommunications service provider market segment, OSS (Operations Support Systems), BSS (Business Support Systems), or VAS (Value Added Customer Experience, BPO, and Contact Center Industry Service).
