Climate change is causing deep uncertainty at all levels of society, with climate volatility reducing the security of all land-based assets and posing a multi-level security threat for the functioning of enterprises, societies, and governments.

Mitiga is a spinoff of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, which hosts MareNostrum, one of the most powerful supercomputers in Europe.

Mitiga's mission is firmly rooted in employing cutting-edge science and technology to mitigate the multifaceted risks posed by climate-driven perils.

Our approach spans a spectrum of temporal scales, from real-time and annual forecasts to projections spanning the next century.

This comprehensive perspective on risk, coupled with our capacity to transfer risks to capital markets via catastrophe bonds, positions us to significantly contribute to enhanced climate mitigation, resilience, and equity.

Requirements

Who you are

We're on the lookout for a Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic commercial team and work closely with our Head of Marketing.

Owning 8+ years of experience within tech marketing, you are comfortable in working collaboratively across our sales - product - engineering teams.

Your experience in setting up and scaling ABM campaigns in B2B SaaS will be critical to this role and previous experience in event management will also stand to you but is not a must! You have great writing skills in English and strong analytical abilities, including agility working with analytics and CRM tools like Looker and HubSpot.

Your Impact - what you will do

  • Scale our sales enablement for direct sales and partnerships : develop our sales collateral and implement an analytics system to track target and prospect engagement with this material.
  • Amplify and scale digital lead acquisition campaigns :
  • Working with our product and science teams, identify new themes for product-centered (EarthScan) lead acquisition campaigns.
  • Working with our digital marketing manager, scale the breath and cadence of our lead acquisition marketing campaigns : display ads, email, search, webinars.
  • Scale our presence at events : track worldwide events relevant to our sales effort, prepare speaker submissions, evaluate sponsorship proposals and help with the logistics of our attendance such as meeting generation, booth logistics and preparing our speakers for panel participation.
  • Set up a end-to-end ABM marketing function : establish processes and capabilities for account research, prioritization and the tools for outreach and advertising.
  • Incorporate analytics and feedback to iterate on campaigns.
