How to contribute to our vision
We are looking for a self-driven Demand Planning Professional to support our Logistics team in Vejle or Esbjerg.
Our team is only now opening in Denmark, so the candidate that we decide to proceed with will need to be proactive and be able to work without supervision.
Of course, there will also be support from the manager.
Your responsibilities will consist of :
Completing regular forecasting and planning of equipment demand in line with production plan / master load plan (major interface global & local planning teams)
Deriving procurement demand and securing placement purchasing requests as well as ordering-in time (major interface procurement, supply management and finance).
Thereby may support CAPEX approvals, budget planning, and cost out measures.
Analyzing inventory changes and develops measures for inventory reduction.
Reporting, analyzing, and controlling on relevant KPIs, detecting, and evaluating plan deviations, and deriving recommendations for respective remedial measures.
Maintaining a network and cooperating with all involved stakeholder in the respective processes
Analyzing and controlling logistical processes (e.g., Cycle Time, On-time delivery, KPI of effectiveness, productivity, etc.
in order to detect process weaknesses and to start process improvements.
Supporting equipment phase-in / out process.
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. You do not necessarily need any specific education background, as long as you have the required experience.
To be successful in this role, you need / are :
3+ years of experience within planning
Professional user of Microsoft office, with an emphasis on Excel
Knowledge using SAP is a plus, but it is not a strict requirement
Excellent English both written and spoken
To be proactive and independent since you will be the first people within this team to be located in Denmark.
Most importantly, you challenge yourself and your colleagues to achieve the best results. You have a high professional competency, and you have a desire to develop your skills.
You have good collaboration skills, and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. To thrive in this position, you must have a strong result- and customer-oriented approach.
