Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Demand Request Specialist that would like to collaborate with one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.

You will be responsible for efficiently managing Demand Requests and overseeing their implementation on approval platforms.

Our supported platforms include Veeva and Aprimo, and your expertise in these systems will be crucial to ensuring the smooth approval and content management processes.

Responsibilities :

Receive and assess Demand Requests from various stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the scope and requirements of each demand.

Prioritize and schedule Demand Requests based on business needs.

Play a key role in the overall content management process by overseeing demands related to content creation, approval, and distribution.

Collaborate with content creators and approvers to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency in the content management lifecycle.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of all Demand Requests.

Create and update documentation to reflect changes in demand processes, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for future reference.

Act as a liaison between the business units and the implementation teams, providing clear and timely communication on the status of Demand Requests.

Foster a collaborative and communicative environment to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned on the progress of demand implementations.

Experience & Skills

  • Fluency in English is required for communication & collaboration across teams globally.
  • Proven experience in Digital Assets Management platforms (Veeva or Aprimo is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration across teams.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
