As Impress continues to increase its global reach, we are growing our Team in Barcelona.

What you’ll be doing?

  • Make calls, book and confirm appointments, respond to Dental Monitoring, and follow up with patients.
  • Coordinate incoming calls and requirements of new or existing customers giving support and help.
  • Provide excellent customer service by calls (video and audio), email, SMS, WhatsApp, and live chat.
  • Make sure every call / email / meeting makes our customers happy!
  • Work with your teammates to create a positive, high-energy atmosphere.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • A very high level of Spanish (minimum C2) with exceptional grammar and spelling skills
  • A high level of English (both spoken and written)
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • You are recognized for your team spirit, your proactivity, and your interpersonal and writing skills
  • Proven experience in a telesales environment engaging with leads over the phone is a big plus
  • Previous booking experience a plus

What do we offer?

  • Contract : Temporary (3-month contract)
  • Part-Time : 30 hours per week
  • Working Days / Hours : Monday to Friday, from 15 : 00h to 21 : 00h
  • Salary : €13.490,58 gross per year
  • Holidays : 24 holidays per calendar year
  • Office Model : 100% office based, near La Sagrera metro station
  • Benefits : €769 bonus per year, based o KPIs
