What to expect?

As a DevOps Lead, you will play a critical role in the design, implementation, and maintenance of our infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring reliability and scalability of our applications, optimizing our deployment processes, and using properly our resources.

Your day to day will include :

  • Lead and manage a DevOps team, setting objectives and evaluating performance
  • Develop and implement strategies for infrastructure management, CI / CD, and cloud operations
  • Guide technically the implementation of network security and policies
  • Coordinate with other departments to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Stay update with the latest trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and tools
  • Manage budgets and licenses related to DevOps tools and services
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Which skills to bring?

To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have :

  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration, including experience in deploying and scaling containers in production environments
  • Proven experience in Azure Devops, Terraform, Kubernetes, Calico and Kubeflow
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a technical team
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and fast-paced work environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
