Your tasks
- Support and optimization of the database infrastructure(MySQL, cluster operation), including as part of an ACD system
- Linux system administration for theproduction, development and test systems based on fail-safe HAoperation
- Strong involvement in theconception and architecture of software development includingmicroservices for our application servers (Tomcat)
- Ensuring the high availability and performance of thedatabases and Linux systems
- Continuousoptimization of the development infrastructure, e.g. with CI / CDpipelines (Jenkins), test or CodeQuality frameworks
- Responsible for implementing Java services anddeployment as part of the development team
- Supporting operations in the event of daily operational tasks,research requests or production errors
Your profile
- Degree incomputer science, database administration or comparablequalification
- Several years of professionalexperience in the support of databases, especially MySQL and Linuxsystems (mainly Tomcat)
- Sound knowledge ofLinux system administration and optimization
- Experience in cluster operation of MySQL databases
- Expertise in topics such as CSP, Docker, Sonar, etc.
- Team-oriented way of working and highproblem-solving skills
- Good communicationskills and the ability to work with different teams
- Very good knowledge of German and English
