Digital Design Associate
Summary
We are looking for a talented Digital D esign Associate that is passionate about using creativity and innovation to solve challenges and has a good understanding of UI design principles.
Your mission as a member of the Digital Assets team at the SAP EMEA digital hub is to support our digital engagement strategy by producing scalable customer-centric assets and content experiences that drive pipeline growth and create greater revenue opportunities.
The Role
The ideal candidate should be able to efficiently combine creativity, innovation, and technology to provide 1 : few and 1 : 1 cutting-edge digital content and experiences.
In this role you will :
- Produce a high volume of customer-centric assets across a variety of formats, including but not limited to : interactive prototypes, graphic designs, microsites, and presentations.
- Support sales and demand generation executives to understand their strategies and business needs and translate these insights into valuable digital content propositions.
- Collaborate within a cross-functional team to deliver high quality scalable designs that are engaging, innovative, and align with core purpose pillars of the SAP brand.
- Enable customer facing stakeholders on digital first motions leveraging digital assets to increase productivity and content adoption.
- Encourage the development and curation of digital assets according to the roles and stages of the customer value journey by supporting the standardization of a supply chain of content.
- Bring ideas to life, using your different creative skills and technical know-how to solve creative challenges to ideate and design best-in-class experiences across a wide range of digital media
- Actively participate in testing and sharing new and better tools, methods, and best practices to drive efficiency and velocity on content creation.
- Manage multiple design projects at the same time, ensuring quality, needs and deadlines are met.
Skills And Competencies / Education And Qualifications
Problem-Solver : Demonstrates creativity when facing problems. Proven ability to turn complex concepts into simple, understandable, and well-designed visuals
Creative-thinker : Ability to approach challenges, reframe them into possibilities and come up with new, fresh and sometimes unexpected ideas
Requirements :
- 1-3 Years of Experience
- Degree must be on relation to the position and Diploma is required.
- Demonstrated high-level proficiency in : Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects), Figma (or any other prototyping tool) and Microsoft Office.
- Basic knowledge of coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScrips is a plus
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
- Portfolio featuring examples of work is preferred
