Job Description

About the Role :

As a Digital Lead / Director, you will spearhead the digital strategy and execution for our clients. You will leverage your expertise to align client objectives with digital opportunities, ensuring maximum impact and return on investment.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Direction :

Translate client briefs into innovative digital strategies, leveraging audience insights and market trends.Lead the development and evolution of digital strategies to meet client objectives.

Client Leadership :

Foster strong relationships and providing strategic guidance.Take on a leadership role in managing senior client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Annual Strategy Delivery :

Develop and deliver comprehensive digital strategies aligned with client goals and industry best practices.

Quality Control :

Oversee the quality of digital output, including response to briefs, content projects, and execution practices.Ensure digital ideas are innovative, impactful, and aligned with client brand ambitions.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration :

Collaborate with internal teams to integrate digital strategies seamlessly into overall client initiatives.Manage cross-departmental forecasting, budgeting, and finance controls for digital projects.

International Coordination :

Coordinate digital initiatives across local and international markets, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.Provide regular reporting and updates on digital campaigns and initiatives.

Agency and Media Partner Relationships :

Cultivate strong relationships with agency partners and key media owners to enhance collaboration and drive results.Oversee both traditional and digital campaign activities, encompassing branding and performance objectives.

How You'll Spend Your Day :

  • Establishing yourself as the digital tactic leader within the agency and for clients.
  • Leading client meetings and presentations, demonstrating expertise and thought leadership in digital marketing.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and refine digital strategies and campaigns.
  • Conducting regular reviews and optimizations of digital campaigns to maximize performance.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to inform digital strategy development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, and Economics or Around 6-8 years of experience managing clients and developing Account strategy, showing clear client orientation

Have previous experience as Digital Director or Lead in Media or Digital Agencies (2 years or more)

Are proficient in English (B2+ or more) will be valued in the interview by Talent Team

Multimedia capacity and media planning knowledge, including Digital environments.
