This role should be based in Madrid-Spain
You want to learn how to breath Digital Marketing? We want you in our team! We are looking for a Digital Marketing intern who will help implement the business unit’s digital strategy as well as plan, execute and optimize campaigns across different digital channels.
Your responsibilities will include :
Digital marketing planning and implementation
- Participate in the implementation of the Digital Marketing strategy for the assigned business unit
- Implement and measure high-impact integrated Digital Marketing programs
- Identify and articulate best practices on UX and websites design taking into consideration SEO best practices
Metrics and Analysis
- Develop and monitor digital KPIs, to measure website traffic, evolution of organic search key KPIs and report on campaign performance
- Identify trends and insights and optimize performance based on insights
- Proactively monitor and analyze competitions’ online marketing strategies
Specific qualification required for this position :
- Previous experience in Digital Marketing, design of webpages preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of Digital Marketing activities, such as email, social media (FB, LinkedIn and Twitter), Paid Search, display and youtube advertising campaigns
- Knowledge and understanding of SEO and UX
- Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CMS (AEM)
- Previous experience using measurement / analysis to regularly optimize Digital Marketing programs (Google Analytics) is a plus
What we are looking for
- University Master’s degree or equivalent on Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
- Proven excellence in written and verbal communications. Excellent command of English - any additional language will be an asset.
- Ability to work cooperatively with different stakeholders inside and outside Boston Scientific
- Analytical mindset, strategy development and planning
- Excellent organizational skills
- Very good presentation skills
- Comfortable with presentations in English to internal stakeholders
- Proactive and autonomous
- Detail orientated and data driven
