As Digital Product Manager Marketplace, you will be responsible for enhancing the digital customer experience for the Vodafone Business Marketplace.

The marketplace functions as a platform, with a primary emphasis on connectivity products such as Saas, Microsoft, Google Workspace, etc.

The objective is to facilitate the discovery, procurement, and management of these digital solutions. The core responsibility of this role is to oversee the integration of the marketplace into the digital ecosystems of local markets.

While backend integrations in local markets are functioning effectively, the challenge now lies in the frontend. This role acts as the link between the marketplace and the frontend of the local markets, aiming to create a vastly improved digital customer experience in terms of discovery, purchase, and management.

Currently spanning 13 markets, conversations are also ongoing with other partner markets. The ultimate deliverable for this role is the seamless digital customer journey, ensuring a cohesive integration of the marketplace with the frontend in various markets, leading to a unified and enhanced user experience.

With us you will :

  • Drive the evolution of the Vodafone’s Digital Marketplace Platform from a standalone platform to being fully integrated within the digital customer touch points in local markets providing a frictionless and digital customer experience.
  • Working with Operating Countries you will deliver frictionless Marketplace product purchase experiences and growing the Digital Channel share of Revenue
  • Support the Beyond Connectivity product portfolios to achieve their goals by delivering self-service digital channels
  • Hold budget responsibility for the MaaC programme ensuring you deliver on your objectives and within Budget
  • Work with local markets, Lines of Business and Service Console stakeholders to plan and keep an accurate Roadmap of key initiatives within the MaaC programme.

What you bring :

  • Experience with digital tools, digital capabilities and Web frontend design principles.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • UX / UI development experience would be preferential
  • Good understanding and background knowledge of Software as a Service products and e-commerce platforms would be valuable
