The Role
We are looking for Director Clinical Nursing to join a healthcare team in Saudi Arabia. As a Director, you will ensure nursing staff, students, interns and residents practices within established policies and procedures of nursing practice and patient care.
Also, complies with hospital infection control and safety protocols.
Where?
We are seeking individuals willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia to work in a top hospital in Qassim, Taif, Riyadh, or Jeddah.
What You Will Do
- Staff managment to include recruitment, education, training and evaluation, as well as preparation and delegation of work schedules.
- Reviews, plans, manages and monitors the area budget.
- Develops, modifies and ensures implementation of Policies and Procedures.
- Maintains an open door communication policy for area staff.
- Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of the strategic plan for the Division of Nursing.
- Pasures corrective actions are implemented and maintained when performance deviates from the established policies / standards.
Required Skills and Experience
- Degree in Nursing (4 years or more)
- Master degree in Nursing Managment
- Minimum 8 years of Clinical Nursing experience wich includes 5 years of progressive administrative position.
- Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English level for daily conversation
- Registered Nurse Licence is mandatory
- Valid passport
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team
