Job Description

· Articulate the vision, strategy, and a detailed roadmap for our digital products in the Customer Acquisition area, maximizing monetization, through paid marketing channels like SEM, Display Advertising and Affiliates.

· Scope and develop data-driven product solutions in order to achieve ambitious business objectives

· Ownership and development of robust A/B testing strategies across customer acquisition, activation and reactivation journeys .

· Set up processes to work with agile teams and drive continuous improvement.

· Lead a team of high-performing Product Managers, coaching and developing their skills along the way.

· Use your experience of working with customer personas and segmentations to drive customer lifetime value (LTV).

Qualifications

A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in the Online Marketing and/or ad tech landscape – channels, targeting, consumer acquisition cost and revenue optimisation.

· 8+ years’ work experience in product management and/or relevant product management job functions.

· You’ve shipped complex products in a fast-growing company before while working with non-tech stakeholders

· Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, translating market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning into actionable product plans and conversion funnel strategies.

· Excellent business acumen and proven ability to work with senior commercial stakeholders

· Outstanding written and oral communication that can break down complex concepts and adapt communication to different audiences

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborating effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and inspiring cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.

· Experience in leading and developing high-performing product teams is a plus, but not mandatory.
