What you’ll do :

This is not a typical recruitment job. Rather than actively sourcing 24 / 7, your main aim is to be the pivotal player between the candidates and the clients, using our very own platform.

Your responsibilities entail but are not limited to :

• Coordinating all aspects of the talent onboarding to the talent pool (including helping to create profiles, answering questions, assisting with pool allocation, following up on candidates, etc.)
• Providing a high-quality experience for every candidate from first contact to hire.
• Aligning with various clients on their needs and demands and communicating this back effectively. In addition, maintain a good relationship with the clients and work together in tandem.
• Discuss possible improvements to the platform within our team and share your insights and ideas.
• While active sourcing plays a minor part in your day-to-day, we always encourage you to actively be on the lookout for new creative means to attract good candidates.
• Other ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• You have a strong command of Dutch and English.
• One to two years of recruiting experience.
• You possess strong communication skills and exhibit confidence when interacting with talents and clients.
• Your work is detail-oriented and efficient and you show yourself to be reliable and ready to perform.
• Eager to learn and enthusiastic about being part of a close team.
