As a Dutch Speaking Recruiter at Patrique Mercier Recruitment, your role will be to source, attract, and hire top talent from all over the world.
You will play a critical role in ensuring we hire the best possible talent. This is a remote job, allowing you to work from anywhere in the world.
Your daily duties will include creating and posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and working closely with hiring managers.
You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to making the final job offer.
This position also includes a 4-month fully paid mandatory training period in Athens, Greece.

Requirements :
- Fluent in Dutch language
- Valid European passport
- Willing to undergo a 4-month mandatory training in Athens, Greece
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in the Human Resources sector
