Dyson is aglobally recognised, premium household name. They’re market leadersin design and technology and regularly launch outstanding productsonto the market, such as the Dyson hair wrap, fans, and vacuumcleaners.

We’re looking for a B2BAftersales Agent who will cover the UK& Irish markets . You will be part of a Teamcomprising of regional Business Development Executives, VerticalSales Managers, and a member of the Dyson Professional MarketingTeam.

Tasks

  • Handling inbound calls and emails providing technicalsupport and troubleshooting.
  • Analyse customerissues and work towards providing appropriate solutions,coordinating with relevant departments or teams asnecessary.
  • Ensure effective follow-up andfollow-through on customer inquiries and problem resolution tomaintain customer satisfaction.
  • Identifyrecurring issues and proactively work on process improvements toprevent similar problems in the future.
  • Collaborate with the Field engineer teams to ensure asmooth handover process from the sales phase to the aftercarephase, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed targets, demonstrating consistentachievement of assigned targets, objectives and KPIs.
  • Managing additional administrative tasks including stockinventory, creating spare parts quotes, process orders &reporting.

Requirements

  • C2 level of both spoken & writtenEnglish.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport andinfluence decision-makers.
  • Previous experienceworking with Salesforce software is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment andleverage internal resources effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel andOutlook.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, andresults-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experienceworking in an international contact centre environment withknowledge of customer service.

Benefits

  • Starting date : January2024.
  • Contract : Permanent (1-month probation period).
  • Salary : 21.000€ gross peryear.
  • Workinghours : Full Time (39 hours per week) - Monday toFriday between 9 am & 6 pm.
