Your tasks and responsibilities
- Your main tasks will include supportingproduct and solution modules in the area of e-government basicservices and communication infrastructures and standards in publicadministration (OSCI / XTA / FIT-Connect / XÖV standards)
- You are responsible for solution / product development andfor solution / product research, market research, competitiveanalyses, product / solution positioning, strategy development,scheduling and product launch or further development
- You independently create technical and IT concepts
- You manage the commercial processing oforders
- You are responsible for knowledgetransfer within ekom21, with partners and to customers
- You plan and carry out knowledge transfer events
- You are responsible for the functional andtechnical configuration of the solutions
- Youplan and control complex processing runs and continuously optimizethem
- You are responsible for incident andquality management
The level ofpay is based on a salary up to EG 11 TVöD (VKA) and will be subjectto a final individual assessment and personal qualifications.

Completed studies in computerscience (B.Sc. / B.A.) / administrative informatics (B.Sc. / B.A.) / business informatics (B.
Sc. / B.A.) or training as an IT specialistor IT business administrator with additionally acquired skills andexperience ("other employees"), which are equivalent to therequired academic qualifications
- In-depthknowledge of computer science
- In-depthknowledge of processes and development statuses as well as programmanagement
- Very good and always up-to-dateknowledge of the solution modules of the division and the connectedspecialist processes
- Knowledge of processmanagement and project management
- Experienceof processes, strategies and methods in software quality assuranceand software testing
- Experience with QAmanagement tools (e.g. Aqua)
- In-depthknowledge of data protection and IT security
- Knowledge of administrative law
