Own and execute the eCommerce Account Administration for the German PepsiCo eCommerce team (e.g. Budget Management, Customer POs and Contract management, Rebate and Pricing changes, etc..)
Support the eCommerce specific order-to-cash process with customers like Amazon.de
Execute the end-to-end coordination between PepsiCo teams and systems and Amazon’s Global Vendor Central tool. (e.g. Trouble-shooting of Invoicing and Order Intake process, Monitoring of Inbound Delivery Slots across Amazon’s European Fulfillment Network in close collaboration with PepsiCo’s Customer Service Team, Managing logistic penalties (Chargebacks and Shortages) between Amazon and PepsiCo
Support the eCommerce Drop-Shipping Order-to-Cash process:Coordination of delivery and invoice information between PepsiCo Germany’s Bottler and specialized Beverage eCommerce retailer
Monitor and improve the availability of Amazon.de PepsiCo listings (buybox and fast track) to German consumers(via Vendor Central support)
Support the eCommerce listing and content creation processes
Execution of reports and analyses for eCommerce
Close collaboration with PepsiCo DE eCommerce Team, Customer Service & Logistics, Finance and Amazon.de Support teams
Qualifications
First working experience (1-2 years) in a commercial context, eCommerce or Digital or similar is a plus
Excellent MS Office especially Excel skills
No need for eCommerce/Amazon specific knowledge / capabilities – will be trained on the job
Fluent English language skills necessary (no German needed)
High data and digital affinity (e.g. IT Tools, Technology, Software as a Service, Data)
Excellent analytical mindset & skills
Genuine interest for eCommerce and Digital Marketing
Extreme attention to details and ability to work in a structured way
