As an Email Marketing Specialist at PVcase, you will spearhead our marketing efforts across various international markets.

Your role involves developing and executing Email Marketing campaigns that resonate with global audiences, while also tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs together with the rest of our marketing team.

  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with content marketing teams and / or external agencies to craft targeted, personalized assets that effectively captivate and persuade target accounts, guiding them seamlessly through the sales funnel.
  • Oversee the collection, updating, and maintenance of the contact database, ensuring precision and comprehensiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales account teams to support our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and priorities for selected accounts (One to One and One to Few).
  • Develop detailed profiles of contacts based on diverse criteria, including preferences, behavior, and interactions with marketing messages.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns by evaluating contact engagement, conversions, and other key metrics.
  • Generate periodic reports on contact activities, campaign efficacy, and other pertinent data, providing insights into the performance of marketing automation strategies.
  • Analyze existing marketing automation campaigns to identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization of overall performance.
  • Establish, update, and manage specific databases, conducting in-depth analysis of data related to participants, invitees, and other essential information for event organization.
  • Provide support to the broader marketing team in executing German-specific marketing initiatives, including creating German-language content, webinars, customer stories, and targeted campaigns.
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Additional language skills are a plus.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Email Marketing, with experience in managing marketing activities in the German market.

Previous experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) will also be valued.

  • Understanding of cultural nuances in marketing communications, especially in the German context.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing tools and analytics, with the ability to adapt strategies based on data-driven insights.

Knowledge of HubSpot is a strong plus.

Salary Range : Starting from 30,000 gross / yearly. The final offer will depend on experience, competencies, and expectations.
