YOUR IMPACT
Our Engineering Team aims to shape our innovative SaaS platform, ensuring its reliability and scalability. As an Engineering Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Engineering Manager of Compliance to lead and build a team of talented engineers.
You will pair your people management skills with hands-on development to build great software for the Compliance market.

Be a true leader! Inspire and motivate your team towards a common goal. Provide guidance and support to your team when needed.
Gain trust and respect within the team while building strong relationships.
Put your team members first! Your focus is on your team members. Help them to set their path and guide them till they succeed.
Give them praise when they deserve it, but also do not avoid difficult conversations.
- Shape the platform! You will work in a cross-functional engineering team and decide what to build and how to build, to ship value to the customer and make the next generation of compliance software platforms.
- Lead from the front! Ready to put your hands in the code when needed, leveraging your background as a strong senior engineer.
Reviewing merge requests is your regular task. Support your team by discussing and designing software architecture with other engineers.
Sharing is caring! Be ready to organize and lead presentations about topics you have mastered. Keep yourself and your colleagues up to date with the new technologies to help move the engineering department forward.
THIS IS YOU
With your talent, you can make an impact. Here is what you need to succeed in this role :
- Experience as an Engineering Manager leading cross-functional teams, guiding and supporting them in decision-making.
- A strong technical background, whether you are front-end (Angular, Typescript, Web Components) or back-end (PHP, Kubernetes, Docker, Symfony, RabbitMQ) understand the technical aspects of the project to effectively lead and communicate with the team.
- Experience using CI / CD, monitoring, and observability to ensure the scalability and reliability of the software.
- Practical communication skills in expressing complex technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
- A passion for finding solutions to problems ; balancing business needs, technical requirements, and customer expectations is your drive.
- Coaching and mentoring team members along their career paths is what you care about.
- Working with a remote team is not new to you but just regular business.
- Be a fluent English speaker. German is a nice-to-have.
- Be open-minded and hungry for knowledge and continuous improvement , but also you just love to have FUN.
