- You work as contact person for our international Sales Units in support and consultation of SAP B1 questions.
- Receiving support and incident requests from our customers.
- Maintaining our ticket system as well as Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and other documentation.
- Direct communication with our customers as first contact person in case of malfunctions.
- Close cooperation with 3rd level support and external supplier / partner.
- Collaborate with operations department for guidance and support, including technical direction and partially administration.
- Act as in-house/ central IT Application Management Expert and champion for our ERP System.
- You have experience working in an ITSM environment and ITIL practices.
- Some experience in the area of SAP Business One or NAVISON... implementation, development or support experience.
- You've experience working on international and multicultural environments.
- You have experience with SAP Business One or comparable medium size ERP systems.
- First steps in SAP HANA or MS SQL are beneficially.
- You win us over with your high awareness of quality, you think inter-divisionally and result oriented.
- Your customer awareness is a success factor.
- You have an independent and structured way of working.
