Services :
Performing study on data synchronization required between Qualys Platform and ServiceNow CMDB;
Using the Qualys Guard tool : Dashboarding, reporting, external connectors and APIs
Documenting data integration workflows and participating to Architecture workshop to present them;
Integrating and managing different assets in the Qualys Guard modules.
Deliverables :
- Service will require technical deployment activities related to Qualys and CMDB data flow;
- Revamping of automatic tagging of Asset within Qualys;
- Revamping of User tag based access controls;
New Dashboard supporting MTSBv2 and MTSBv3 programs.
Expertise :
Service will require a global technical vision of the main security tools / environments :
- Expertise of Identity Management concepts and processes including authorization, authentication, segregation of duties;
- Expertise of best practices around data security;
- Expertise of ITSM tool such as ServiceNow;
- Service will require a valuation of data and API manipulation;
- Expertise of vulnerability management tools (e.g. Kenna, Nexpose, Tenable, Qualys, etc.);
- Service will require a valuation of Qualys;
- Service will require a valuation on Dashboarding;
- Service will require development and improvement of KPIs, metrics, and trend analysis for vulnerability management functions;
Service will require PowerShell and Python scripting expertise time management and coordination expertise.
