DirecciónIn this position, you will provide technical support for AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robots) in Robotics throughout Spain and occasionally internationally, delivering superior, professional service, remotely or on-site.
Your hands-on experience and knowledge of customer needs will help you not only to build strong customer relationships, but also to actively identify and develop new business opportunities.

Your responsibilities
- Providing remote or on-site technical support for customers
- Exceeding customer expectations by appreciating and anticipating current and potential needs
- Troubleshooting potential equipment failures and proactively taking measures to offset / prevent and inform internal partners
- Coordinating logistics of resources and spare parts for all site Service jobs
- Suggesting product and process improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service
Your background
- 5 years of experience in industry working as a maintenance technician or engineer with industrial equipment †ideally industrial automation
- Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in servicing, maintaining, commissioning and repairing of electrical mechanical machinery
- Knowledge of electrical diagrams, field bus networks, and the ability to understand mechanical diagrams
- Ability to travel throughout Spain and occasionally internationally (Europe and further) for the majority of the year
- The availability to be on call on weekends, as per a pre-scheduled calendar
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- A technical training degree as an electrician or skilled mechanic
- Spanish or English language a must, strongly preferred both. Highly valued other European languages
- Current B (car) drivers license valid in Spain and Europe and Spanish residency permission.
