MISSION OF THE POSITION : Remote or on-site assistance to customers in the case of breakdown, maintenance or Enflex machines installation.
Main tasks and direct related responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and diagnose breakdowns (mechanical / electrical) on Enflex machines already installed, using test instruments and also from non-technical descriptions provided by customers.
- Prepare comprehensive service reports, time sheets and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform updates and preventive / corrective maintenance plans at the customer's site. Be an active part of the SAT following an upgrade, modification or maintenance plan.
- Supporting customer technical issues through remote support (when not travelling).
- Installation of Enflex machines at customer site.Relations : internal and externalInternal (short list of main depts or areas) : Customer Service.
