Key Responsibilities :
- Understand clients' performance management needs and align software solutions accordingly.
- Lead seamless integration of performance features tailored to clients' requirements.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization.
- Offer expert advice on performance management strategies and software utilization.
- Utilize data analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements :
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Experience in the finance department
- Strong technical proficiency and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
