Como becario o becaria serás responsable de ayudar a todo el equipo financiero de España (AR, AP, contabilidad, impuestos, FP&A y facturación) apoyando en las tareas y procedimientos mensuales para reducir plazos, mejorar procesos y la toma de decisiones.
Tus funciones :
- Ayudar en el proceso de facturación, emisión de facturas, autorización y gestión de incidencias.
- Dar apoyo a contabilidad en la conciliación, revisión y análisis de gastos.
- Dar apoyo en contabilidad de la Fundación.
- Conciliación de saldos de proveedores y clientes en contabilidad y documentación.
- Análisis de pérdidas y ganancias.
- Análisis del rendimiento del negocio y desviaciones frente a presupuesto y previsión.
- Ayudar al departamento fiscal, revisar, conciliar y presentar los rellenos fiscales.
- Colaborar con las áreas de negocio pertinentes dentro de finanzas para comprender con precisión los impulsores del negocio y garantizar que se utiliza información actual y precisa.
- Calidad de los datos, garantizando que los datos y la información estén completos, sean relevantes y estén actualizados.
- Identificar los procesos que podemos mejorar centrándonos en aumentar la eficiencia del trabajo en todas las áreas.
Requisitos
Grado universitario.
Dominio total del español y alto nivel de inglés.
Capacidad de análisis, comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
Finance Intern

As the Intern you are responsible for help all the Spain finance team (AR, AP, Accounting, taxes, FP&A and billing) supporting on the monthly tasks and procedures to reduce deadlines, improve processes and improve decision making.
What you’ll do :
- Helping in the billing process, issuing invoices, authorisation and incidences management
- Helping accounting in expenses reconciliation, review and analysis.
- Helping accounting a Foundation, communication with the Foundation.
- Supplier and customer balances reconciliation within accounting and supporting documentation
- Profit and losses analysis
- Business performance analysis and variances vs. budget and forecast with insightful commentary
- Helping tax department, reviewing, reconciliating and submitting tax fillings.
- Partner with relevant business areas within finance to accurately understand business drivers and ensure that current and accurate information is used
- Data quality, ensuring data and information is complete, relevant and up to date
- Identify processes we can improve with a focus on increasing efficient working across all areas
Who you are :
- Bachelor’s degree (partial)
- Full proficiency in Spanish and high level of English
- Analytical, Communication, Team player skills
