Responsibilities

What will you do in your first experience?

  • Generate ideas on how to deliver more value to the business
  • Internal reporting within your functional area of the P&L
  • Analyze in year business drivers, trends and associated impacts
  • Ensure the accuracy of key financial performance metrics & reporting
  • Maintain & develop complex Excel forecasting models and tools
  • Lead continuous process Improvements and provide recommendations
  • Support Finance and cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects
  • Act as a member on our core business teams
  • Develop insightful analysis on business results
  • Develop the budget and forecast for your functional area
Qualifications

Who’s a good fit for the team?

  • Candidates graduating with University Degree in Business/Commerce by April 2024
  • Strategic and collaborative thinker
  • Results oriented
  • Excellent analytical problem solving skills
  • Ability to see the big picture, with attention to detail
  • Interest in pursuing a CPA designation considered an asset
  • Bilingual (French) an asset, but not required
