As a Front Desk Officer at our independent hotel in Eusebio Pascual, Estellencs, Mallorca, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Your responsibilities will include greeting and checking in guests, managing reservations, providing information about the hotel and local area, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient check-out process.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in English, and a professional demeanor.
