Summary of responsibilities :
Reporting to the Reception Manager, essential job functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Develop motivation and HEARTIST spirit
Ensure the training, animation and coaching of our talents
Organize the stay of our clients from their arrival welcome home! We were waiting for you ! until your departure thank you for choosing us! We hope to see you soon ! reaching the hearts of our future FANS
Monitoring the satisfaction of our clients during their stay and easily resolving any situation
Encourage upselling and cross-selling
Monitor compliance with the department's quantitative and qualitative objectives
Efficiency in communication and coordination both inside and outside the department
Ensure the good conditions of your environment
Continuously ensure sustainable development
Consistently offer professional, friendly and attractive service
Direct and manage the daily activities of the maintenance department and ensure all standards are followed.
Help meet the department's quantitative and qualitative objectives.
Supervise debtors, daily cash balances and billing.
Ensures that the workplace is in good condition (order, cleanliness, functioning of the facilities.
Ensure the environment by ensuring recycling and energy savings.
