As Front Office Agent (m / w / d) your tasks include :
- Check-in and check-out
- Control and preparation of arrivals and departures
welcome, say goodbye and look after our guests
Advising guests about the location, facilities and the entire range of services
Acceptance and processing of reservations
Operating the telephone system
- Complaint management
- Invoicing and cash accounting
- Control of credit card statements
- the first and last impression during the morning and late shifts at the Front Office
Your profile with which you inspire us
- Completed hotel management training and / or a degree in hotel or tourism management
- Work experience in the Front Office
- very good knowledge of German, Spanish and English
