We are looking for an FS Resources Planner with the main responsibility in supporting the operations, resources, and to enable a smooth service / business on-site as well to deliver projects and then allocating and scheduling the work based on team capacity.
The preferred location for this position is in Valencia, Spain.
Your role and responsibilities
As a FS Resources Planner your work will focus on these responsibilities :
- Documentation management (CDP, Access to shipyards, travel documentation, etc.)
- Tools management (calibration, identification of potential needs, procurement)
- Trainings & Development (arrangement of classroom courses & OJT)
- Mantain certifications in PSM
- Safety (courses, We Care cases management).
- Personal protective equipment management (assignment and expiration of PPE).
Requirements for the position
- BSc. or bachelor's degree in a field like operations management, engineering, business, or economics.
- Abilities or willingness to manage documents.
- Good knowledge of software and planning tools.
- English (level B2).
- SAP knowledge is nice to have.
- Technical or engineering background is nice to have.
- Availability to travel for approximately 10% of the time.
