Design and develop the Future Talent program for the trainees with a focus on continuing to iterate and improve the trainee experience
Mentor, coach and upskill the trainees through regular syncs as well as monitor and address performance throughout the program
Work closely with cross-functional teams to keep the program on track and address any ideas, concerns or changes from either stakeholders or the trainees
Work closely with our Training Teams to develop relevant training material for the trainees to further develop the program framework
Organize and provide the day-to-day structure for the trainees so that all trainees are clear where they should be and exactly what they should be doing

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex subjects into easy to understand, digestible guidance
Exceptional organizational skills with experience in delivering multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
Strong stakeholder management skills with a track-record of working with various cross- functional teams
Traveling is required, approximately 40% of the time
Proficiency in Spanish and Italian languages is required. English minimum knowledge is also required
