Requisitos

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in in Information Technology or equivalent
  • 5+ years of engaging, motivating and forward-looking leadership experience
  • 5+ years of professional experience in applications management
  • Strong ability to evaluate, procure and manage business ecosystems
  • Strong vendor management and business acumen
  • Excellent DXP platform and digital skills a must
  • Excellent understanding of AI engines, big data and data mining
  • Excellent understanding of progressive learning trends, digital solutions and technology supporting and driving continuous learning
  • Good knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and to convey complex concepts concisely and clearly at all levels
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication
  • Ideally experience in industry environment
  • Written and spoken fluency in English, ideally also in German
  • Detail-oriented work style with focus on time and project management
  • Must be self-reliant, well organized, takes initiative, results -oriented, open minded, and approachable
  • High professional experience with MS Office, Articulate Storyline and Cornerstone OnDemand LMS systems
  • Mother tongue or equivalent level of English, very good knowledge of German

Información

  • Lead Business Application management and support team
  • Coordinate and administrate learning application architecture, data, API structure, integration of roles and competencies
  • Integrate AI and Data mining functions for competencies framework and usability in global learning ecosystem
  • Assure value, quality, risk, cost and terms in evaluating and procuring new solutions and services
  • Organize, oversee, and drive development, enhancement and operation of application services
  • Application management responsibility for a portfolio of applications
  • Extensive service implementation experience
  • Procurement and vendor management responsibility
  • Responsible for ensuring application support (2nd / 3rd level).
  • Create and realize global administrators structure and prepare guidance and training material as well train the administrators at all levels (Regional, national, HR Business Partner, Line Managers, Sales Managers. )
  • Participate in discussions on new and maintenance of existing learning applications and features in corporate and divisional meetings.

Ensure that GF PS requirements are implemented timely and share good experience and lessons learned with peers in other divisions

Lead implementation projects related to learning applications, meeting management and streaming
