Your key responsibilities
- Partner with Financial and Sales teams to define annual Budget and to set quarterly targets, ensuring Global Demand sign-offs process
- Lead the S&OP s for Global Brands designated to ensure Financial and Strategic alignment. This will include work with regional supply for balancing Supply and Demand planning defining proper scenarios and its evaluation.
- Give support to hold the single point of truth for the long-term company plan and be SPOC for global requests coming from Sales, CX, Finance or Operations
- Support the strategic feedback to the regions so they quickly adapt the plan to the company needs .
- Support monthly and quarterly NR estimation procees
- Support the planning and supply chain readiness for new product launches for the global accounts assigned.
- Global arbitration to ensure a correct stock availability inside the regions based on business added value.
- Intervene when cross-continent or cross-division scenarios alignment needed

You bring
- Bachelor s degree in business or engineering
- 5+ years experience in demand and supply planning with experiencie in IBP running S&OP s
- Knowledge of SAP methodology and Supply Chain Planning. Kinaxis is a plus.
- Advanced Excel skills. Power BI is a plus.
- Experience in multicultural & multifunctional environment, managing high level of complexity
- Proficient in oral and written English.
- Good analytical and organization skills.
- Great problem solving and high level of autonomy
- High level communications skills.
