Global Digital Commerce Manager

We have an exciting role in DCS – Digital Commercial Services Animal Health called “Global Digital Commerce Manager”, where you will be defining and driving the Global B2B Digital Commerce strategy, as well as managing roll outs of global Digital Commerce initiatives for AHBU (Animal Health business unit) and countries.

You will drive Digital Commerce strategy to implement foundational platforms and processes. The role is focused on implementation and continuous development of Digital Commerce strategy that is aligned to Animal Health business unit and markets CE (Commercial Excellence) plans and leading the change and transformation required across a global network.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Manage the implementation and continuous development of a Digital Commerce strategy that is aligned to AHBU and (R)OPU – (regional operational units) CE plans

• Manage the Digital Commerce Operating Model definition & continuous development in close collaboration with IT and other enabling functions

• Collaborate & communicate with (R)OPU and executive stakeholders to ensure the development and execution of local Digital Commerce roadmaps, aligned with critical business goals

• Drive the deployments of a Digital Commerce platform(s) aligned to the Digital Commerce strategy

• Drive Digital Commerce change and transformation to deliver successful Digital Commerce customer experiences and keeps within + million euro budget

• Drive the Digital Commerce performance measurement framework, KPIs and Targets/Benchmarks to support (R)OPUs achieve their desired channel goals

• Embed the utilization of the Digital Commerce capability throughout the organization, and build synergies with other key capabilities across and outside DCS – Digital Commercial Services Animal Health (e.g. Campaign, Web B2B, web analytics etc.)

• Collaborate with IT & other enabling functions, as well as agencies to continuously deliver customer & business value, following Product Management best practices

• Drive the global standards and processes, platforms and data related to capabilities he/she in charge of that will apply to Corporate and all (R)OPUs

• Ensure process improvements over time to ensure global efficiency, effectiveness and state of the art for the capability and drive these across the organization

• Coordinate relevant Digital Commerce project(s) communications from OPUs to ensure proper communication via global community calls

• Ownership of the Loyalty & Rewards Capability at a global level. Responsible for the definition of the global strategy for Loyalty Programs and managing specific market requirements and roadmaps.

• Manage and ensure the coordination & synergies between the Digital Commerce and Loyalty capabilities in collaboration with IT and other enabling functions

• Produce customer journey plans - awareness to purchase, Profile, segment and target Customers and Stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in Digital Commerce, Business or Digital Marketing

• 7+ years’ experience with a platform-as-a-service Digital Commerce system in an enterprise context is desired, ideally Adobe Commerce/Magento

• 5+ years’ experience on communication with senior leadership

• 5+ years’ experience in a product-led organization, ideally in Product Manager / Product Line Manager roles

• 5+ years’ experience communicating Digital Commerce channel performance reports and dashboards and data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe marketing suite, Mass email tools,

• Recognized and Accredited Enterprise Project management qualification preferred

• Proven expertise in Digital Commerce strategy and platform development

• Proven expertise in relevant Digital Commerce channel performance and planning

• Experience in change management, including communications, training and support, leadership engagement and change network management

• Good understanding of relevant Digital Commerce (ATL & BTL) channels such as mass email (e.g. Adobe Campaign), websites, SMS etc.

• The global nature of this job requires being fluent in English

• Experience working in an international and intercultural environment.

• Communicate effectively, collaboration skills, problem solving, self-motivation and excellent analytical thinking, open mindset, thinking out-of-the-box with innovative ideas.
