Global Marketing Planning&Development Team is a cross-functional team with the primary
objective to assess future new opportunities and support Affiliates and Hubs in the Business
Development Processes to foster the Menarini’s business.
The role, inside the Global Marketing Planning&Development Team, reports to the Global
Marketing Planning&Development Director. He / She works in a cross functional environment,
cooperating with colleagues from Global Medical Marketing Organization, BD, Market
Access&Pricing, R&D, Medical Affairs, Corporate Finance... The role has, as main task, the
assessment of new products / assets, from a commercial point of view, in different clinical
development stages across a variety of therapeutic areas and will work closely with the Global
Medical Managers.
The Global Marketing Project Manager has to lead external relations with different stakeholders,
including Affiliates’colleagues, KOLs and external providers.
The Global Marketing Project Manager is in charge of the revision of the Affiliates’ 5YPlan, a strategic
task for the company, as well, in collaboration with the Global Marketing Planning&Development
Director.
The Global Marketing Project Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of some
cross-functional projects with the aim to improve and speed up processes and internal knowledge.
The position is based in our HQ - Florence and involves traveling for at least 30% of your time.
MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gain deep knowledge of settings in scope from clinical and marketing point of view
- Support new products assessment, from the commercial perspective, until the business plan
preparation : comprehension of market trend, competitive analysis, corporate / regional
perspective, price&reimbursement dynamics, financial elements...
Identify appropriate benchmarks / analoguesfor the assessments in scope, use of forecasting
tools
Ability to evaluate budget and forecast processes and 5YPlans
Requisitos
JOB REQUIREMENTS
3-5 years marketing experience in National or International positions in pharmaceutical is
preferred
Positive thinking attitude, task oriented with excellent ability of team working and effective
leadership skills
- High level of self-independence and motivation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to think creatively and
work with a variety of stakeholders to achieve solutions.
- Out of the box mind-set
- Optimal use of Microsoft OFFICE programmes (Excel, PowerPoint and Word). Broad
knowledge of BI databases in pharma (all IQVIA available databases), Clarivate / DRG,
Evaluate, Global Data, Cortellis etc.
