Job Summary

As a Global Partnerships Executive, your primary responsibility is to provide support to the team and ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.

This role involves handling various tasks, including day to day management of global media partners, supporting the Havas agencies with any issues or opportunities, coordinating projects and managing financial tasks.

Mission & Responsibilities

Managing Partners

  • Help partners connect with the relevant teams in the Havas Network
  • Ensure our partner’s product content is up to date and shared with the network
  • Coordinate Quarterly meetings and ensure actions are documented
  • Prepare partner briefing notes for internal teams

Managing Network

  • Understand the needs of each core market and their clients
  • Communicate global projects to countries
  • Solve any emerging issue countries may have

Project coordination and support

  • Assist team members with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and organizing events.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Provide support to team members working on various projects.
  • Assist in research, data collection, and other project-related tasks.

Finance

  • Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Monitor payment deadlines and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Coordination of the global investment tracker platform
  • Reconciliation of monthly reports from media partners
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in financial processes.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for media and advertising

Soft Skills & Competencies

  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
