An opportunity to become an integral part of the PDx growth acceleration as Program Leader. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams of experienced functional leaders and their respective project teams, to execute and deliver the product development strategy and- operations. The Program Leader role will include managing NPIs that are in the clinical development stage and life-cycle management projects, such as competitive defence, re-launch, geographic expansion for our marketed product portfolio.
Close collaboration across functions and alignment of resources will be essential for the success of the program. You will lead the team to deliver program objectives, drive clarity by defining/prioritizing the deliverables and define critical success factors to achieve agreed business objectives. This position works with the Global Product Leaders to manage project risks, deliver quality and impactful business results within budget and agreed timelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for orchestrating the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of innovative solutions while ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines, market demands, and business objectives.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and drive comprehensive program strategies, including project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget considerations. You will work together with the Global Product Leader to develop segment strategy, input into business cases, budgets, timelines, set overall program direction and other ad-hoc requests.
Project Execution: Drive the timely execution of all stages of product development, from pre-clinical research, clinical trials, regulatory submission and other evidence generating deliverables manufacturing scale-up and launch readiness and new product business ramp up applying use of LEAN methodology.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional, multi-national teams consisting of researchers, scientists, engineers, regulatory experts, and other relevant professionals throughout the product development lifecycle, within a matrix organisation.
Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration between functional teams, departments, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. You will be required to create and run efficient operating mechanisms and collaboration tools that keep adopted by the project teams to keep themselves informed, and aligned, and accountable. Ensure effective and efficient communication across business functions and motivate and energize the team through GE HealthCare leadership values.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved within established timelines and budget constraints.
Budget Oversight: Monitor program budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditure to ensure efficient resource utilization and alignment with organizational financial goals.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting progress, risks, and key performance indicators related to program development and commercialization.
Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation and manage priorities to meet program objectives, balancing scientific innovation with commercial viability.
Qualifications
Experience in a leadership or program management role, ideally in a matrix organization
Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical R&D processes, clinical trials, regulatory requirements, and commercialization strategies.
Experience with
product lifecycle from concept through end of life
product launches in the healthcare industry.

Sound understanding of financial management and budget oversight related to program development.
