Global Rewards Program Manager

Your role

• Co-develop and project manage global frameworks, policies and programs together with the team.
• Perform benchmarking and do market analysis for key positions.
• Support / lead one or more global reward processes end-to-end e.g., the global annual salary review process.
• Prepare analysis and reports for the Global Leadership Team and support with Executive Remuneration and Remuneration Committee work.
• Provide analytics and cost modelling of compensation programs and much more.
• Strong analytical skills and opportunity to build your knowledge of rewards management in a global context.

Your qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications :

• Previous experience with rewards management and executive compensation.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Finance, Economics or similar.
• Proven track record of delivering killer analytics in a complex environment.
• Curious by nature, you have strong analytical skills, are passionate about HR, and enjoy team work.
• Advanced Excel skills, good knowledge of PowerPoint.
• You have a natural interest in working with numbers and data translating it into findings and key messages.
• Excellent communications skills and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English.
