Mission of the position is to ensure availability while maintaining an optimized inventory.
Main performance indicators : Net Inventory Value, days of coverage, Inventory Health, and Availability. Forecast Accuracy and On Time Delivery with Suppliers
His / her responsibilities will be :
Supplier Management of assigned suppliers.
Ensure timely supply in accordance with the objectives set by the company.
Support elaboration and maintenance of Annual invoice plan
Management of assigned Suppliers Purchase Orders
End to End tracking of purchase orders and deliveries.
invoices / payments with finances and incidences monitoring.
Regular meetings with suppliers to monitor performance and review operational issues.
Inventory management of assigned suppliers / products in logistics central warehouses ensuring optimal inventory levels by SKU.
Control of inventory rotation of assigned suppliers / products.
Proactive collaboration in area processes reengineering to improve the efficiency of the organization.

The Intern buyer will report to Global Supply Supervisor in Spain.
Candidate profile
Experiences and Qualifications
University Degree, preferably Graduate or bachelor’s in business, Engineering or Analytics.
Advanced level on Microsoft Office overall excel.
Spanish and English . Very high level on both languages. Able to lead business conversations and influence in both languages, fluently, with stakeholders at any level.
Knowledge of ORACLE and Power BI are a plus.
