About this opportunity
Based within the Service Area Network Design and Optimization (SA NDO), Strategic Competence Unit (SCU) is a highly qualified global service delivery team located in several countries.
You will be working at the groundbreaking of technology (5G, ML / AI, Cloud-RAN) and will be involved in projects with many diverse customers around the world.
In this role, you will be a specialist and a go-to person in the field of Network Design and Optimization.
You will
- Support the delivery of services in the area of NDO
- Learn to understand customer requirements and grow technically to provide advice and lead technical discussion in the future.
- Support ongoing projects, their development and technical presentations and proposals
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
- Provide ideas and suggestions to Product Management to further improve / add / modify existing offerings within the NDO portfolio
To be successful in the role you must have
The successful applicant must have a blend of skills required to contribute in delivery processes, use of consulting methodology and development of the technical expertise across the team.
For this role, a consultative approach towards the customer and NDO experience is needed. In general, the requirements could sum up to have :
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in ICT Industry with experience in service delivery and pre-sales.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas : 5G, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (ML & AI) applied to NDO services, Cloud-RAN
- At least 1 year of experience in the RAN domain.
- Ability to communicate, eloquent, present and influence customers by knowing the impact of any action / service on their business.

- Result oriented with focus on customer satisfaction and project delivery. Customer care and high concern for quality is required
- Knowledge of Ericsson equipment, radio network features, algorithms, and parameters would be an advantage
- Location & Travelling : Position is based in Spain. Ability to travel globally as per business priorities
- Spanish and English are mandatory.
