Position Overview:

This position will support business analysts for the EMEA Technical Service organization, in order to support continuous improvement and growth.

You will be supporting for creating/maintaining scalable, analytical capabilities which enable Technical Services to reduce time spent on data searching, cleaning, reporting and shift focus towards running the business with supporting facts, insights and foresights. You will be part of the implementation/ maintenance of new reporting applications within ProCare. In addition, you will be involved in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

Essential duties & responsibilities:

• Key member for delivering and maintaining information, designing meaningful KPIs, dashboards and reports to support Service department (e.g. order/sales shipment, margin analysis….)
• Generating / Improving reports & dashboards from single or multiple systems.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders (e.g. IT, Finance, Customer Service, Quality, …) to build necessary reporting infrastructure
• Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports.
• Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems.
• Develops an understanding of distribution, customer service, tech support, quality, depot & field service operational procedures in order to assist in decision making.
• Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
• Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.
• Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
• Will work with both ERP and CRM systems.

Education & special trainings:

• Bachelor’s Degree required, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent preferred.
• PowerBi certification DA-100, PL-300 or equivalent preferred.
• Qualification in Business Analysis or equivalent preferred.

Knowledge and Competencies:

• Fluent in spoken and written English. Spanish and/or European language is a bonus.
• Demonstrated data analysis skills
• Demonstrated ability maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders and present data in a meaningful way which influences decisions/strategy.
• Ability to comprehensively understand master data, transactional and analytical data, hierarchies, sources and relationships.
• Strong SQL, Excel, PowerBI and data visualization skills preferred.
• Proactive attitude in driving decision making.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks/goals.
• Exercise discretion and independence when applying professional expertise.
