Our people are our difference and we are committed to investing in thefuture of Croda. Our Commercial Development Programme consists of three12-month placements where you will gain experience rotating across our keycommercial areas in the business.
We operate globally across 92 locations soyou should be open to the opportunity of relocating, within your region ofresidence, for your placements.
Your responsibilities day to day will bedependent on your placement at the time but will usually consist of three ofthe following areas :
- Developing marketing content
- Product launches
- Internal and external communications
- Business development support
- Sales support
- Managing customer relationships with new and existing customers
- Sustainable sourcing
- Purchasing
- Business analysis
- Representing Croda on customer visits, conferences and industry events
As part of the programme you will receive tailored personal andprofessional development, involving on-the-job training, residential workshopsand access to over 5000 e-learning courses.
By the end of the programme youwill have a deep understanding of the business and recognise how you can driveour business forward and help us overcome the challenges of the future.
