The opportunity We are currently in search of an experienced Graphic Designer who is highly creative and proactive in leading all marketing projects / brands.
The role will involve executing and strategizing a range of marketing pieces to generate visibility for new launches, drive sales, and maintain the interest of potential buyers.
You will work closely with the sales team and support the Marketing Director / a in designing and executing corporate branding initiatives.
What you will doYou will create designs for various marketing materials including, dossiers, emails, landing pages, social media, events, presentations, reports, etc.
You will suggest new content pieces to communicate the companys services having a very proactive attitude.Implement new ideas to execute marketing plans.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop product positioning and communication materials to support go-to-market initiatives.
Work closely with our CRM Manager to produce content and design communication pieces to nurture our customer database.Devise marketing materials to increase direct customer acquisition, improving interest, open and conversion rates.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and design trends and leverage them to drive growth.Keep close control of the budget allocated to each project.

Work Hours : Our team thrives on collaborative working from our cool office in Marbella. Work hours are 9 : 00 am to 6 : 00 pm Monday through Thursday and 9 : 00 am to 3 : 00 pm on Friday so that you make the most out of your weekend!- Location : Our office is located right on Marbellas Golden Mile.
We work in a great office facing the Mediterranean Sea so whenever you feel like it you can have your lunch break directly on the beach or at a nearby chiringuito.
Company Events : We work hard but we also play hard! We promote Friday beer at our in-house bar and monthly breakfasts with traditional churros.
We also organize corporate events on special occasions such as Summer / Winter Party, Oktoberfest, etc. You may also feel free to suggest a fun activity because we are always open to new ideas!
Requisitos Previous experience in a similar roleminimum 5 years.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish and the ability to craft engaging pieces aligned with the companys key messages.
Proactivity, creativity, and attention to detail are a must.High level of commitment, and ability to work both in a team and independently.
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and visual) with a naturally collaborative style to build relationships effectively across the business.
Highly organizedexcellent time management skills while working with competing priorities and deadlines.You have a degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design or equivalent.
You are proficient with industry-leading design software (Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator.)Video editing and knowledge of After Effects and Premier is a plus.
Basic use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).This job will require you to move around the coast for video and photo shootings, so you must have a car and a valid driving license.
Previous experience in the real estate sector will be highly valuedGood level of English minimum C1
