We are currently looking for a GUEST SERVICE TEAM MEMBER for Season 2024! Your DUTIES : To ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all guests.
To check guests in and out. To assist guests with any concierge related requirements during their stay and at pre-arrival arrangements.
To answer all internal and external calls in a timely manner and according to set hotel standards. To ensure that all guest comments are dealt with in an effective and speedy manner in order to facilitate good guest relations and optimize guest satisfaction.
Further develop the reputation, customer loyalty and market standing of the hotel by providing a high level of customer care, assistance, and recognition.
To ensure that all control procedures pertaining to the processing of revenue are always adhered to. To be fully conversant with all legislation in respect of hotel sales, payment of services, registration of guests, data protection and ensure they are always complied with.
To be fully aware of all relevant hotel procedures, standards, and policies Your OBJECTIVES : Under the general guidance and direction of the Guest Service Manager and within the established Castell Son Claret policies, procedures standards, assists in all aspects of Guest Service Team operations.
To be fully conversant with all emergency and security procedures within Castell Son Claret. To maintain the highest standards of service and operational efficiency within all areas of responsibility.

You will have a permanent contract with a full-time job during the whole season (from Feb-Mar to Oct-Nov). You are the CANDIDATE we are looking for if : Computer literate in Microsoft Office and relevant computer applications such as Opera are required.
Previous experience in similar role. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required in Spanish, English and German Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Must be extremely detailed oriented. Warm hearted and welcoming Maintains a good, professional, and friendly relation with other departments.
