Location: Warsaw, Barcelona #LI-Hybrid
We are seeking a KPI metrics manager to help us to ensure that comprehensive data compilation for weekly, monthly and quarterly Key Performance Indicator Reports, is provided on time, in good and accurate quality, based on validated AQWA/1QEM sources and in accordance with pre-defined stakeholder criteria.
The internal job title is: Global GxP Data Reporting & Metrics Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review obtained raw data and perform plausibility check to ensure correct reporting and escalation.
• Ensure timely delivery of Metrics according to criteria on a monthly basis and in adequate quality.
• Provide ad-hoc support to business and other local and Global QA Organizations with regard to metrics generation to ensure proper understanding at customer level and increased awareness regarding overdue tracking.
• Ensure tracking and appropriate escalation of internal metrics and auditor performance: e.g. outstanding / delayed Audit Reports and – report reviews, CAPA Plan submissions and approvals, CAPA overdue on a regularly basis.
• Provide Global Quality GxP Audit Monthly and Quarterly Audit Reports: Audit Plan progress, audit outcomes, self-inspections executions, unsatisfactory outcomes, critical observations, overdue CAPA Plan and CAPAs etc.
• Ensure to support any activities related to Audit planning and execution in accordance with applicable national/international standards, including ISO 9001.
• Understand correct handling of Master Data in AQWA A/1QEM Audit Module and act as deputy for all Data Manager Activities within Audit Planning Group. Act as deputy in providing generated data for Global Development Quality Monthly KQI Audit Report.

Essential Requirements:
• 6 years’ experience, in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry.
• Deep understanding of AQWA TrackWise (A Module)/1QEM, incl. Workflows for Audits and Health Authority Inspections.
• Excellent knowledge of computerized systems such as TrackWise, SharePoint, SAP and proficient in all MS Office package.
Desirable Requirements:
• Education: Commercial business school, administrative expert, student in Pharmacy, Chemistry or another related science
• Good understanding of the Novartis internal set up
