HEAD OF D365 ERP - Full Time - Madrid, Spain
Sulzer is looking for a Head of D365 ERP to manage multi-country D365 F&O application.
As the Head of ERP you will be responsible for ensuring the business users are supported, systems landscape integrated in effective fashion and designed to support business processes.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be :
- Responsible for maintenance and support of the D365 F&O cloud instances and integrations to 3rd party systems in EMEA, APAC and AME regions.
- Responsible for creation and implementation of D365 F&O solution roadmaps and changes providing value to the business and ensuring successful introductions across the organization (regions and product lines)
- Ensure that application-specific design and relevant documents are prepared and signed-off; ensure testing, deployment, and release management in collaboration with implementation partners, Business Process owners and Internal IT team.
- Develop and manage budgets for D365 F&O projects and change requests.
- Manage 3rd party suppliers to deliver the required system changes in timely fashion and expected quality.
- Manage global team of professionals (local ERP Managers), provide guidance and direction as needed.
- Refine Business-as-Usual support model and training model to end-users
- Ensure ERP compliance with Internal Controls
- Increase awareness of the stakeholders of ERP standards and prepare them for using their ERP solution by setting training programs and defining roles and responsibilities
- Oversee configuration management and knowledge database regarding solutions and processes implemented
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and Business teams to ensure the successful implementations.
What you bring to Sulzer :
- 8+ years of functional and technical experience in MS Dynamics AX / D365 F&O management including end-user support oversight (500+ users, multi-legal entities in single tenant setup)
- Strong understanding of D365 F&O architecture and functionality (specifically in Finance, Project Management & Accounting, Inventory Management and Procurement modules)
- Experience in leading large D365 or MS Dynamics implementations and (including integrations with 3rd party systems)
- Experience in managing and leading teams in multicultural / multi-time zones setup
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Technology, or related equivalent experience
- Experience in business process modelling
