DirecciónOur client a growing marketing agency, who form part of a large group have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual from a media background to join their business and become the General Manager & lead the growth of the agency.
About the role A newly created position within the company this media agency has the potential to be world leading, but to achieve this there is an urgent need to hire a General Manager.
You will inherit a team of circa 30 employees who focus on Sales, Content & Account Management Your first remit will be to steady the ship looking at the way it is run and then providing the board with a strategy, that you will execute that will eradicate the key in-efficiencies and allow growth in 2021.
Longer term the business want to grow the agency to offer all Media Services such as PPC, SEO, Media Buying & Display marketing this will form part of your remit.
There are some challenges that need to be addressed, therefore it’s essential that you are comfortable with change management and how to lead a business into new ways of working.
