Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstAs a Clinical Home Health Specialist you will: Call on physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted living facilities’ management, discharge planners, and case managers within an assigned territory to promote our home care services.Build and maintain client relationships.Prepare business plans and maintain target lists.
